No attachment in the Email when I print to Print2Email

The most likely reason that there is no attachment in the email is that Print2Email Printer Driver could not verify the identity of the Email sender exe file “Prn2Eml.exe”. Print2Email Printer Driver checks the digital signature of the “Prn2Eml.exe”. The Digital signature verification fails if the root certificate is outdated on the operating system. Windows Vista and newer systems should update their root certificates automatically, but in some cases, the operating system cannot update the root certificate due to firewall or other security settings.

Solution:

To solve the issue, one must update the root certificate on the operating system manually by running the following root certificate updater application from Microsoft:

http://download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/rootsupd.exe

NOTE: If the updated application does not work, the root certificates should be updated using the following link:

http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=root%20certificate%20update

Once you have downloaded the utility from Microsoft. All you have to do is run the Utility, and the root certificate will be updated automatically.
