  • Detailed description of your Server environment such as:

  • Operating System and Service Pack
  • Operating System language, for example: Chinese.
  • Detailed description of your Client environment such as:
  • CPU speed and memory used.
  • Operating System and Service Pack
  • Operating System language, for example: Chinese.
  • The version number of the product, date of purchase or invoice number.
  • Detailed description of the problem.
