Customization of the IceViewer Core
The IceViewer Core can be customized or preconfigured to fit to specific requirements. One can change which features to be enabled for users, customize to show or hide icons such as “Annotations”, and customize the colors of the application user interface.
The configuration XML file has to be modified to customize the application. The configuration XML file can be edited with any text editor, such as Notepad. The configuration XML file is located under the following location:
C:\Users\<<USERNAME>>\AppData\Roaming\Black Ice IceViewer\BITV_Core_config.xml
The configuration XML file is user specific, and the <USERNAME> must be substituted with the current user’s name.

NOTE: If the configuration XML file on the above location does not exist, the application will use and duplicate the default configuration file from the following directory created during the IceViewer installation: <IceViewer Installation directory>\Core\BITV_Core_config.xml |
