Based on the license type, the different IceViewer editions enable users to view PDF documents, TIFF, FAX, and other image file formats.

The IceViewer TIFF allows users to view, edit, annotate, organize, merge, scan, batch scan, print, and email TIFF, FAX, and other image file formats. The IceViewer TIFF also supports displaying Microsoft Office Document Imaging (MODI) and Wang annotations.

With the IceViewer PDF, users can view, edit, organize, combine or merge, annotate, print, password-protect PDF documents, and fill PDF forms.

The IceViewer Pro incorporates both PDF and TIFF functionalities. In addition to supporting TIFF and PDF formats, the IceViewer Pro offers Optical Character Recognition (OCR) functions, including text extraction from images, search capabilities, and the ability to save images as searchable/vector PDF documents.

Beyond the standalone application, every licensed IceViewer edition includes the IceViewer Browser Extension and IceViewer Core web application. These extensions allow users to leverage IceViewer features directly within popular web browsers.

The IceViewer Browser Extension allows users to view, manipulate and print multi-page TIFF and PDF files from the web in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge web browsers. Depending on the registered IceViewer edition (IceViewer TIFF, IceViewer PDF, or IceViewer Pro), the IceViewer Browser Extension enables the processing of PDF documents and TIFF, FAX, and other image file formats.

The IceViewer Core is a client-side web application that runs in the background and allows users to view, manipulate, or print any multipage TIFF or PDF document on the Internet in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. Depending on the registered IceViewer edition (IceViewer TIFF, IceViewer PDF, or IceViewer Pro), the IceViewer Core enables the processing of PDF documents and TIFF, FAX, and other image file formats.
