Border Removal

This function detects the black border of the scanned image and replaces the black pixels with white pixels. The function only works for monochrome, 8 and 24 bit per pixel images.

To use the remove black borders option, please navigate to the Tools toolbar and click on the Remove black border option.

In the Select Pages window, the user can choose which pages IceViewer HTML5 should remove the borders from.

The following options are available:

  • Current page only – Black borders will be removed only from the currently viewed page.
  • All pages – Black borders will be removed only from every page.

  • Selected Pages – The user can select the pages the black borders should be removed from by entering the page numbers into the Selected Pages field.
