The Impact
Fax Broadcast contains a powerful feature which allows users to
create custom fax headers at the top of each faxed page. The Custom
fax header is a cheaper, more timely alternative to
Customized cover pages since
the personalized information is contained on the same page as your
fax content and does not require an additional page to be faxed.
The custom fax header consists of three
areas, Left, Center and Right. Each position can contain any
combination of static text as well as a dynamically filled
variable. The dynamic variable will be replaced with information
from your fax list at broadcast time. For example, if you specify
the FAXNUMBER variable, at broadcast time this will be
replaced with the fax number that that particular document was sent
to.
