IceViewer Browser Plug-In is not working

The IceViewer Browser Plug-in is available for Internet Explorer browser.

NOTE: To run the IceViewer Browser Plug-In with Microsoft Internet Explorer, please Disable the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security option on the operating system for users:

On Windows Server 2025 go to Server Manager > Local Server > IE Enhanced Security Configuration

On Windows Server 2022 go to Server Manager > Local Server > IE Enhanced Security Configuration

On Windows Server 2019 go to Server Manager > Local Server > IE Enhanced Security Configuration

On Windows Server 2016 go to Server Manager > Local Server > IE Enhanced Security Configuration

On Windows Server 2012 go to Server Manager > Local Server > IE Enhanced Security Configuration

Also, if at the first run of IceViewer you receive the following message at the bottom of Microsoft Internet Explorer, please click on “Allow”:
