Email Settings

Under Email Settings, Administrators can configure the email sending options used to sending documents in email.

SMTP Server - Enter the SMTP server address.

Port - Enter the correct SMTP port for the mail server (25 by default).

Note: If the SMTP server requires SSL/TLS connection, it probably uses a different port for SSL/TLS connection than 25. Please check the SMTP Server email settings for the correct port number. The default port number for SSL/TLS is 587.

Email From field does not need to be a valid email address. Display name can be any text or name of the individual or the company.

Email Address – This must be a valid email address with the defined domain.

Email and Email Password must be the account email address (username) and password.

SSL - Enable this checkbox if SSL/TLS authentication is required by the mail server.
