Black Ice Software's Impact Fax Product line includes Impact Fax Pro, Impact Fax On Demand, Impact Fax From Web, and Impact Fax Server. These new products offer fax solutions to meet diverse needs - from SOHO owners to corporate IT managers.

Impact Fax Pro Provides an alternative solution for VARs, OEMs, and sophisticated end users. It is PC - based stand-alone fax software that runs on Windows NT 4.0, 3.5, and Win95. It supports unlimited communication ports or channels.

Impact Fax from Web is a sales and marketing automation tool and a traditional fax-on-demand system activated from a Web page to deliver information to anyone with a fax machine. Customers can receive faxed documents by simply marking them on a checklist on the company's Web site.
Impact Fax On Demand combines Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and fax-on-demand to deliver information to anyone with a touch-tone phone and fax machine. The product is fully scalable from a single port to 255 ports, and is compatible with most modems using the Rockwell Voice/Fax chipset and Dialogic and Brooktrout boards.

Finally, the Impact Fax Server for integrated messaging systems uses Exchange Client as the universal mailbox for fax messages. It offers users one tool to manage all messages, including fax messages.

Impact fax Server integrates seamlessly with Windows NT and Exchange Server, and supports 255 communication ports or channels.
