Microsoft Outlook Fax Client Impact Fax Server

The Impact Fax Server Outlook Client provides an integrated messaging system by operating from within Microsoft Outlook and provides a universal mailbox for fax and email messages. This means that you use just one easy, familiar tool to handle (store, forward, move, delete, etc…) all your messages, including fax messages.  With the integration between Impact Fax Server and Microsoft Outlook, the latter is the single message repository and transport mechanism for all user messages.

The Impact Fax Server Outlook Client can use your existing Microsoft Outlook contacts and fax numbers, allowing you to maintain a single list of contacts.  Outgoing and incoming faxes can be displayed and edited from within Outlook, there is no need for an external TIFF Viewer.

Do you receive crooked or noisy faxes?  No problem! Using the Impact Fax Server Outlook client you can automatically deskew and despeckle received faxes.  Received faxes can be delivered to you as either TIFF or PDF files, depending on your personal preference.  Faxes can be sent as either Black & White or full color, and any printable file can easily be converted into a faxable format!
