The Auto-print SDK includes a powerful but simple API to print a commonly used documents types for the Black Ice virtual printer drivers for custom batch conversion.

The API for Automated Printing can be used by developers to print DOCX, DOTX, DOCM, DOC, DOT, TXT, RTF, PDF, XLSX, XLS, XLSM, XLSB, PPSX, PPS, PPT, PPTX, TIF, JPG, JPEG, BMP, GIF, PNG, DWG, CAD, Visio, HTM and HTML files directly from their applications, without any user interaction, using only a few function calls. In addition to providing automated printing, the controls can also be used to programmatically change the default printer on the system. In order to print docx, dotx, xlsx, ppsx and pptx formats Microsoft Office 2007,2010 or later is required to be installed on the computer.

The API for Automated Printing methods and functionality is provided as both an ActiveX control and a DLL to accommodate a range of programming languages including C#/VB.NET/ for .NET and C/C++ developers.
