Print2Email version 10.81 now includes an Email to Fax module for customers who are using popular eFax, MyFax, or other similar faxing services!

The Email to fax module uses a simplified User interface designed specifically for faxing. The domain name and the maximum size of the fax number can be preconfigured for uses to help save time and simplify the faxing process. Send faxes via email, all with a single click.

The simplified Email to Fax user interface can be preconfigured to only use the Email To: filed as shown on Figure 1.
One can also configure the email client user interface to enable the Email To, Email Cc, and Email Bcc, fields as shown below on Figure 2.

The simplified email to fax user interface, works with Office 365, Outlook, MAPI client, and any SMTP mail server.

With the MSI installer the Email to Fax feature can be preconfigured for every user during installation. The Email to Fax feature does not affect other Print2Email features.

The complete list of improvements in the latest Print2Email includes the following:

• Added the "Email Fax Domain" and "Number digit in Fax number" options to the Print2Email.ini for sending Faxes via Email (#12026)
• Updated manuals
