Resolution Available: Conflict with CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor

Following up on our April 16th Technical Alert, we are pleased to announce that Black Ice Software has officially released an updated Printer Driver that resolves the previously reported conflict with CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor v7.34.

This update eliminates the issue where print jobs would enter a "Paused" state in the Windows Spooler, allowing for seamless document conversion without the need for manual restarts or a rollback of the CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor.

 How to Update
License Driver Customers: 

The latest version of the Printer Driver is now available for immediate download. Please log in to your account or visit our download area to update your current installations and restore full functionality.
