| Action Recommended: Conflict with CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor v7.34 |
The reported issue
Users running CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor v7.34 may experience print jobs entering a "Paused" state in the Windows Spooler. This prevents document conversion from completing automatically.
Temporary Workaround: Manually restarting the print job in the queue allows completion.

Current Status & Roadmap
CrowdStrike has confirmed a conflict between the Falcon sensor and the Windows Print Spooler. While an official fix is scheduled for their June release (v7.38), we are taking proactive steps:
Option A (Immediate)
Maintain or roll back to Sensor v7.33 for full stability until a fix is released.
Option B (In Progress)
We are reviewing the potential of a driver side update to bypass the conflict.
| |
What We Are Doing
- Engaging CrowdStrike for an accelerated hotfix/patch.
- Testing Internally to release a compatibility update before June.
