Enable automatic user registration: If the “Enable automatic user” is selected any user that runs the software will automatically attempt to register. If licenses are available, the software will be registered.
Add users…: To register users manually, click the ‘Add users...’ button. A dialog will appear showing all the users on the Terminal Server.
User list: Lists the name of all the users who have already registered the product. The Session indicates whether the user is connected (Console or RDP) or not (Program not started). The start time indicates when the user started the program.
Delete User: Removes the registration of the selected user, freeing a license on the serial number. This may force closing of application at the user.
Block User: Removes the selected user’s registration and blocks the user from re-registering.
Block list: The block list contains all the users which have been blocked from registering a particular product on the BILM.
Close: Closes the User Management window.
