Black Ice Software has released the latest Print2Email with a focus on usability improvements!

One new usability improvement included in this release is adding an Active Directory email address list for every user, saving time for system administrators and creating uniformity for all users.

System Administrators can now also download the entire domain email address list to create/compile a Global address book that is available to user on the system.
The Users can also maintain their own Outlook or local email address list along with the Global address book.

Additional per customers request we added the feature to redirect printing to physical printers. The email attachment can now be saved in PDF or TIFF format and also printed on physical printers at the same time!

The Content based email feature also includes many improvements such as adding Text-only email sending support for POS (Point Of Sale) and “Email To Fax” features.

The Print2Email now supports SSL port 465 which is beneficial to users whom automatically enable SSL for SMTP port 465 or 587.
