The latest Print2Email version 10.22 now includes a new Audit Log feature, allowing Administrators to track and monitor every outgoing email sent by the Print2Email. The new Audit Log comes with security improvements, to make sure the audit log cannot be accessed and configured by other users, only by the Administrator.

The Audit Log can be very useful for tracking the sent HIPAA compliant, sensitive or confidential information, documents or receipts.

The Audit Log contains the following information for each email:

• Date and Time
• Status (Success or Fail)
• Sender email
• To, Cc, Bcc
• Attachment filename

The Audit Log is running on the system as a Windows Service, allowing the Audit Log to continue tracking the outgoing emails even after the current user logs off in unattended mode.

Beside the new Audit Log, the latest Print2Email comes with several minor improvements for the user interface and for the registration, to enhance user's experience.

The complete list of improvements in the latest Print2Email includes the following:

• Added the BiAuditLog Service to version 1.01.4
• Manual registration window was not shown on some connection errors (43 and 44)
• Updated manuals
