Group Policy Settings

 

The following setting applies to both Local Group Policy Editor and Group Policy Manager.

 

WARNING! The following setting applies to the Group Policy Manager if the Print2RDP Server is installed on a server in a domain (not on the domain controller).

 

Group Policy Setting “Do not set the client printer to be default in a session”

Description

Not Configured

If this policy setting is not configured, the default printer is not specified at Group Policy level.

Enabled

If this policy setting is enabled, the default printer is the printer specified on the remote computer.

Disabled

If this policy setting is disabled, the terminal server automatically maps the client default printer and sets it as the default printer upon connection.
