In case the Document Converter Server needs to be reinstalled, uninstall it completely based on Uninstalling the Document Converter Server section and then install it again according to the Installing the Document Converter Server instructions.
Make sure to reinstall the software on the same computer. A purchased Document Converter Server license is restricted for a single PC installation.
