The latest BiBatchConverter now includes a new Email and SMS Notification feature to send an email or SMS if the BiBatchConverter Service has detected an error message, the document conversion has been completed, or the conversion process has stopped. Additionally, a new Web interface feature has been added for remote access to the BiBatchConverter Service Manager to help with remotely monitoring the document conversion process.

The new Email/SMS Notification can send emails or text messages to the specified recipient(s) if a specific conversion error is detected to alert users and administrators to review the conversion process as the conversion process does not stop when an error occurs. The notifications can be custom tailored for specific error messages, for example the Error code: 33: Cannot load TIFF file or Error code: 37: Error the PDF file is password protected.

The web interface also enables Users to access the BiBatchConverter Service Manager remotely to manage/start/stop the document conversion process.

Web access along with email and SMS notifications are powerful tools for Administrators to set up enterprise-wide monitoring and manage 24/7 unattended document conversion with the BiBatchConverter Service for business-critical processes.

The BiBatchConverter is a scalable solution that can handle everything from daily low-volume batch conversion to high-volume multi-directory monitoring with parallel conversion.
