With a Single Click, users can now Protect and Encrypt PDF files with a Password using the latest Black Ice Print2Email Version 11.97.

Password protection can be used to prevent unauthorized access to PDF documents or restricts sensitive operations on PDF documents like document viewing, editing, printing, and copying. The Black Ice Print2Email now offers an easy and straightforward way to enable or disable PDF protection and encryption, to keep documents and their sensitive information safe.

The new password protection feature can be configured directly on the Print2Email User Interface, or it can be configured to prompt the user for the password for each email sent, giving users an easy way to turn on and off document protection.

Protect your PDFs across platforms! The Print2Email uses the latest technology in PDF encryption with 256-bit AES Encryption, users can be confident their documents are safe and encrypted on all platforms, including Mac, Windows, Linux, or even smartphones.

The new password protection feature can also now be directly accessed in the Merge Documents window, greatly streamlining the whole document merging process for users.

The greatest beneficiaries of the simplified single-click password protection and encryption process would be any industry that frequently needs to send confidential and protected documents in their day-to-day work such as; the medical industry, transportation, legal, finance (banking & insurance), and accounting to name a few.
