How to Add a New Hyperlink

1. Navigate to the Annotation tab and click on the Links dropdown button.
2. Select Add a Link, then drag a rectangle over the desired area or select text in a searchable PDF.
3. Configure link appearance and action in the Create Link window, choosing options like:
   • Appearance: Visible or invisible rectangle, line style, color, thickness, and highlight effect.
   • Action: Navigate within the document, open files, access web pages, or send emails.
4. Click OK, save your document, and your link is ready!

How to Edit, or Remove Links

• Edit Existing Links:
  Right-click on the link and select Edit link to modify its action or appearance.
• Remove Links:
  Right-click on the link and select the Delete link option, or go to the Annotations tab > Links > Remove web links to delete links from specific pages or the entire document.
