Microsoft Outlook's New Beta Client: What You Need to Know
Microsoft has released a beta version of their new Outlook client, which is being rolled out to users. This new client currently does not support sending emails through third-party applications, including Print2Email. This means that if you are using or planning to use the beta Outlook client, Print2Email may not be able to send emails through your Outlook account as it did before.

Our Recommended Solution: Switch to Outlook.com in Print2Email
While this change may be inconvenient, we have an alternative solution that allows you to continue using Print2Email with your Outlook account. By switching to the Outlook.com predefined email provider in Print2Email, you can sign in to your Outlook account and continue sending emails. This setup is a great workaround until further compatibility with the new Outlook client is achieved.

Here's how you can set it up:

  1. Open Print2Email and navigate to the "Email Providers" section.
  2. Select "Sign in with Outlook/Office 365" from the list of predefined email providers.
  3. Sign in to your Outlook account when prompted.
  4. You should now be able to send emails using Print2Email without interruption.
