The Comment annotation allows users to place a sticky note on an opened TIFF or PDF document. When clicking the Comment icon, the comment editor opens, allowing users to enter text, notes, or reminders.
To add a Comment annotation, select the Annotations tab, click the Comment Annotation icon, and click the document where the annotation should be placed.
On the Comment Annotation window, the user can enter any text information, note or reminder, and configure the font type, style, size and alignment.
For further configurations, please click on the Show Advanced Settings button. One can select the background color of the annotation, and set the annotation background to be opaque or transparent.
Please click on the OK button to finish editing.
Annotation Replies
In IceViewer HTML5, users can add replies to every annotation type, allowing team members to provide feedback, ask questions, or offer further insights in a structured manner. To add an initial reply, please start typing into the Add a reply field and save the reply.
