Black Ice Software has released the HTML5 based IceViewer version 1.10 with the ability to organize the TIFF documents into different categories!

Easy for beginners yet sophisticated enough for experts, the IceViewer comes with an easy to use process for indexing documents, reducing the time and complexity to filter, search and locate documents within the database.

The new indexing feature allows users to find Employee Records, HR Documents, Invoices, or any other documents very quickly and easily by searching by employee name, or any other specific index information.

For example, one can create an HR Web Application using IceViewer, and assign First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Employee Number fields to each uploaded document. This way, one can easily search in any field and find every related document within the entire IceViewer database in seconds.

IceViewer Users can enter and edit the indexing information for each document easily on the IceViewer user interface, or through the IceViewer API which is designed for experts to automate the entire indexing process flow.

The latest release of the IceViewer also includes other exciting improvements, such as Drag and Drop reordering the pages in the document, and major improvements in the loading speed when opening large documents with hundreds of pages.
