The ColorPlus X1 supports the following operating systems:

• Windows Server 2022 (64 bit)
• Windows Server 2019 (64 bit)
• Windows Server 2016 (64 bit)
• Windows Server 2012 R2 (64 bit)
• Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop

The Black Ice ColorPlus X1 Printer Driver supports ARM processor based devices.

There are separate printer driver installers for desktop operating systems (Windows 11 and Windows 10) and for server environments (Windows Server 2025, 2022, 2019, 2016, and 2012 R2). Users should verify the operating system in use and install the appropriate driver package designed for that platform.
