Slow Merging Of Documents

Please add the BuPAppTS.exe to the anti-virus exception, please also try adding the following files or folders and see if the speed improves:

• The printer’s output directory
• Windows spool folder: C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
• Spoolsv.exe

Please also turn off the “Enable the messaging interface” option in the Printing Preferences > Start Application tab.

The messaging interface can slow down the printing.

Please Note if the Black Ice Printer Driver is part of a third-party application please do not turn off the “Enable the messaging interface”.
