The Print2Email installation and configuration takes only a few minutes! Once the Print2Email is configured, the software is ready to send emails, documents to contact groups, multiple recipients, even without any user interaction.
The Print2Email supports all major email providers, including Gmail, Google Workspace, Yahoo, Outlook Live, AOL, iCloud, SMTP and Exchange Servers, and Outlook or other MAPI compatible email clients.
The Print2Email can be configured to send emails to contact groups with multiple numbers of email addresses. Create a Contact Group in Print2Email Address Book, add email addresses and enter the Contact Group name on Print2Email's user interface. The Email subject and Email body also can be preconfigured.
Once the emails are configured, select to send emails silently, and Print2Email is ready to send out emails, documents, notifications with a single click.
Password protection can be used to prevent unauthorized access to PDF documents or restrict sensitive operations on PDF documents like document viewing, editing, printing, and copying. The Print2Email offers a simple way to protect sensitive information and send confidential documents to business partners for review or e-signature.
