The BiBatchConverter is comprised of two main components: a universal document converter application and a scalable Service Manager utility. The BiBatchConverter application is designed to assist users who need a reliable and accurate way to convert their documents to various file formats. The BiBatchConverter Service Manager utility, on the other hand, provides System Administrators with an easy-to-use interface for 24/7 Windows service-based conversion and directory monitoring.

Since the BiBatchConverter uses the same application that created the document for printing, it guarantees that the layout of the created file matches the original document. Additionally, this allows for the user to force a page size or origination for the converted documents to help maintain continuity within the files.

Adaptable Folder Monitoring & Scheduling

The BiBatchConverter Service can monitor multiple folders simultaneously to automate document conversion processes. Users can create individual tasks, each configured with its own input and output folders, conversion settings, and scheduling options.

Each task operates independently, enabling the BiBatchConverter to handle a wide variety of conversion needs in parallel—such as converting one folder’s contents to PDF while another is converted to TIFF. The Service can also maintain the original folder structure in the output directory by automatically creating subdirectories and moving processed files accordingly.

The built-in Scheduling feature allows users to define specific days and times for each task to run, making it easy to batch convert documents during off-peak hours or at regular intervals.

The BiBatchConverter Service Manager lets System Administrators seamlessly integrate the BiBatchConverter Service into their existing workflows.
