The Print2Email can be used for automating email sending. The Print2Email can pull the email address, subject, Bcc, Cc, email body, or the file name from the content of the printed document to automate the email sending without any human interaction. Print2Email has become more of a solution to automate email sending processes without any human interaction.
The content based email sending feature can be used with embedded special control characters in the document or without special control characters.
Once the Print2Email is configured, simply print the document you would like to send in an email to the Print2Email printer. The document will be converted to a TIFF, or a searchable PDF file, and will be sent to every recipient as an attachment. The attached PDF or Tiff file name can be taken from the document content such as an Invoice number or a Purchase Order number from the printed document.

When printing a document to the Print2Email with Content Based Email Sending option enabled, the Print2Email recognizes the special character sequences in the printed text and set up the email sending based on the extracted information.
When the “Enable Content Based Email sending” and “Send each page as separate email” option is enabled and one prints a multipage document to Print2Email; Print2Email will extract the recipients, email subject and email body from every page, and send the page in a separate email as an attachment. If the Print2Email finds a page without a recipient, it will merge the page to the previous page until the next email recipient tag or the end of the document is found.
