Setup Redirect Printing transfers different DPI settings from the physical printer.

This problem can be caused by several printers, for example, HP DeskJet 690c. Possibly, the HP printer was installed on a Windows Server 2016 using 300x300 DPI, and used on a client. The user on the client had administrator privileges. When on the client the HP printer DPI was changed to 600x600 DPI, the new setting was stored only for the X DPI member of the HP printer on the Windows Server 2016.

The result was an incorrect 600x300 DPI setting for the HP. When Redirect printing is enabled, the Black Ice printer reads the settings of the physical printer. Because the incorrect (600x300 DPI) value was read, the document is printed distorted using the incorrect 600x300 value.
