Error code 77 occurs if the Printer Driver received no response from the Black Ice License Server.
This can only happen if a firewall or security application interferes with the connection.
Since we are not familiar with your network and we have not encountered this issue anywhere else, we cannot tell you exactly how to solve this issue, other than to please check your firewalls and security applications again. It appears that the connection to the server is not blocked, but something on your network is still blocking the answer from the server.
The primary license server is licenseserver.blackice.com with an IP address of 34.214.33.5 (Amazon).
The failover license server is again licenseserver.blackice.com with the IP address of 12.107.183.156.
Please make sure SSL/HTTPS inspection is disabled for the licenseserver.blackice.com domain name in your Firewall.
Please add the licenseserver.blackice.com domain name, and NOT the IP addresses, as the IP addresses may change in the future.
Your Firewall will automatically resolve the IP address to the licenseserver.blackice.com. Please try not to use hard-coded IP addresses.
If you are required to use an IP Address, please add both the Primary and failover license server to your Firewall or Proxy Server whitelist.
