Error code 360 occurs if Invalid data is received from the Black Ice License server. Please check that a firewall or proxy server does not interfere with the connection. A proxy server or firewall answered instead of the Black Ice license server.
Error code: 35: Error decoding data received from the server. (this is an internal error, same as above)
To access the Black Ice License Server, please add the licenseserver.blackice.com domain name with HTTPS port 443 to your firewall or Proxy server whitelist.
Please add the licenseserver.blackice.com domain name, and NOT the IP addresses, as the IP addresses may change in the future.
Your Proxy server or Firewall will automatically resolve the IP address to licenseserver.blackice.com. Please try not to use hard-coded IP addresses.
If you are required to use an IP Address, please add both the Primary and Failover license server to your Firewall or Proxy Server whitelist.
The primary license server is licenseserverblackice.com with an IP address of 34.214.33.5 (Amazon).
The fail-over license server is again licenseserver.blackice.com with the IP address of 12.107.183.156.
Please make sure HTTPS inspection or proxy inspection is disabled for the licenseserver.blackice.com domain name.
