In the Printer Driver Printing Preferences, every tab has a Restore defaults button on the bottom that allows the default settings for the driver to be restored. The Printer Driver will restore the default settings from the .INI file.
Location for the INI files on 64 bit Operating Systems:

Location for the INI files on 32 bit Operating Systems:
