The Print2Email is capable to send emails silently by using the Content Based Email Sending feature. By using the content-based email sending feature, users can specify the recipients, subject and email body of the email, based on the printed document’s content. For more information about the content-based email sending and variables, please refer to the Content Based Email Configuration section of the manual.
To configure the silent email sending with content-based email configuration, please perform the following steps:
In Print2Email, under Email Sending tab, select the Send all emails automatically to the same address option and leave the To, Cc, Bcc, Email Subject and Email body fields empty.
On the Email Providers tab, select the preferred email provider, and make sure the Ask for the provider every time when sending an email option is unchecked.
On the Advanced tab, check the Enable Content Based Email Sending checkbox.
Click on the Apply button to save the changes.
In the input document which will be printed/emailed, specify the recipient, email subject and email body as shown in the example below.
For example:
##**EmailTo=customer@domain.com; customer2@domain.com;**
##**ES=Office Closing Early December 31st**
##**EB=Please note that our office will be closing at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 for New Year's Eve. Our normal hours will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at 10:00 AM.
