Use first email address from page content

Print2Email is able to recognize an email address in an ordinary text document, such as MS Word and Notepad documents, and preconfigure the email sending based on the recognized email.

To properly set up the Use first email address from page content feature, please follow the instructions below:

Set up Print2Email to the desired settings, and make sure that the Use first email address from page content option is enabled (checked).

Make sure that the document you would like to convert and send in email contains the recipient’s email address, as in the following example:

Please note that when using the Use first email address from page content feature, you don’t have to put the email address into a content-based command sequence. Although, if the Content Based Email Sending is also enabled, then you can place several command sequences on the document which will be recognized, beside the email address. For more information about the Content Based Email Sending, please refer to the following description of the manual: Content Based Email Configuration.

Print the document to the Print2Email, and see if the To field on the email sending window is automatically configured. In case you using silent email sending, then see if the email is arrived to the recipient.
