Use first email address from page content

Print2Email can detect an email address in a standard text document (e.g., MS Word, Notepad) and automatically preconfigure the email based on the detected address.

To use this feature:

1.    Configure Print2Email with your desired settings.

2.    Ensure Use first email address from page content is enabled under Advanced tab.

3.    Make sure the document contains the recipient’s email address, as in the example below:

Print the document to the Print2Email, and see if the To field on the email sending window is automatically configured. In case you using silent email sending, then see if the email is arrived to the recipient.

Note: When using this feature, you do not need to include the email address in a content-based command sequence. However, if Content-Based Email Sending is also enabled, you can include multiple command sequences in the document alongside the email address for additional automation. For more information about the Content Based Email Sending, please refer to the following description of the manual: Content Based Email Configuration.
