Formatting Email Body with HTML

The Print2Email can read HTML code in the content-based email body. To add formatting or line breaks please use HTML codes and <br /> tags in the email body, as in the following example:

If the following HTML is placed in the document:

##~~EB=

<html><body>

Headline,<br /><br />

First line.<br />

Second line.<br />

</body></html>~~##

Results the following email body sent with SMTP or other email providers:

Headline,

First line.

Second line.

NOTE: HTML email sending is supported when using Print2Email SMTP, or predefined Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, iCloud, Hotmail, or Exchange accounts in Print2Email.

To use HTML email sending with the Outlook desktop client, select Outlook or MAPI compatible client as the email provider on the Email Providers tab, and ensure that Use legacy MAPI for email sending is disabled.

When legacy MAPI is disabled, the Outlook email compose window will display the email body as properly formatted HTML.

NOTE: HTML email sending is not supported with MAPI clients other than Outlook, such as Lotus Notes or Thunderbird.
