The Black Ice License Manager will install automatically with any Print2Email Server, FileMorph Server, or Tiff Viewer Server installation.
If the Black Ice License Manager was previously installed, it does not have to be installed again. The Black Ice License Manager is installed as a separate application, and can be uninstalled separately if the registered software is removed from the Server machine. The BILM service will automatically start with Windows, and must be running for successful use of the registered software.
If the BILM update unsuccessful the BILM installer can be found at “C:\Program Files\<Installed Black Ice Server Product>\BILM” directory.
