Failed Licensing with Black Ice License Manager

 

The Black Ice License Manager requires an internet connection to register with the Black Ice Software License Server.  If the Server does not have an active Internet connection or Port 80 is being blocked* by a firewall, the error message below will be displayed:

In this case the software must be registered manually online with our Release License Key Request page by clicking Manual Registration Page link on the dialog. Please follow the instructions on the page. The release license number will be provided immediately.

Port 80 is being blocked*: If port 80 is blocked or not available, one can register using alternate ports of 3500 or 15000.
