To configure the FileFlow to use Gmail for email sending, please click on the Sign in with Google option on the Account Settings window.

On the appearing webpage, please sign in with the appropriate Gmail account.

After signing in, please enable the See and download your contacts and the Send email on your behalf options (or check the Select all option) on the appearing page and click on the Continue button.

If the verification is complete, the following message appears:

Now the FileFlow is configured to send emails with the configured Google account. To test the email sending, click on the Test Email Account button and see if the configured email account receives a test email.
