The Error Code 403: “Request had insufficient authentication scopes.” occurs, if the user does not provide the necessary permissions to send emails with the FileFlow Server.
In order to resolve the issue, please reconfigure the Gmail account by clicking on the Change Account button, then make sure that you enable Send email on your behalf permission when you configure the Gmail account in the FileFlow Server. To reconfigure the Gmail account, please click on the Change Account button on the Account Settings tab.
Once the Gmail account has been configured, please try to send emails again.
