The Scheduling Settings define when the BiBatchConverter Server Service processes documents from the configured input directory.
Always
If selected, scheduling is disabled and the service processes documents immediately as they appear in the input directory.
One Time
This option starts and stops the conversion at a specific date and time. No further documents will be processed until the scheduling configuration is changed.
NOTE: If no stop date and time are specified, the conversion will continue until manually stopped.
Daily
Starts and stops the conversion at specified times every day.
NOTE: If no stop time is specified, the conversion stops at midnight.
NOTE: If the stop time is earlier than the start time, the conversion continues into the next day.
For example: Start time = 4:00 PM, Stop time = 3:30 AM → Conversion runs from 4:00 PM today until 3:30 AM tomorrow.
Weekly
Starts and stops the conversion at specified times on selected day(s) of the week. Multiple days can be selected.
NOTE: If no stop time is specified, the conversion stops at midnight.
NOTE: If the stop time is earlier than the start time, the conversion continues into the next day.
For example: Start time = 4:00 PM, Stop time = 3:30 AM → Conversion runs from 4:00 PM today until 3:30 AM tomorrow.
Monthly (Days)
Starts and stops the conversion at specified times on selected calendar days each month.
NOTE: If no stop time is specified, the conversion stops at midnight.
NOTE: If the stop time is earlier than the start time, the conversion continues into the next day.
For example: Start time = 4:00 PM, Stop time = 3:30 AM → Conversion runs from 4:00 PM today until 3:30 AM tomorrow.
Monthly (Weeks)
Starts and stops the conversion based on selected weeks and days of the month.
On the scheduling interface, the table on the left side lists the weeks of the month (First, Second, Third, Fourth, andLast), while the table on the right lists the days of the week (Monday through Sunday). Users can create a schedule by selecting one or more weeks and pairing them with one or more weekdays.
For example:
If one selects the First week from the left table and selects Monday and Wednesday from the right table, the conversion will be scheduled on Monday and Wednesday in the first week of the month.
If one selects Last week from the left table, and selects Saturday from the right table, the conversion will be scheduled on Saturday, on the last week of the month. Please be aware that if the last week of the month ends before Saturday, then the conversion will not start that month!
