Extract the downloaded drivers to a convenient folder
After extraction is complete, navigate to the folder and double click on the Setup.exe to begin installation.
You will see the following screen:
Press Next to continue.
On the following screen, select your switch type from available selections:
Press Next to continue
Specify whether to perform a default installation or a custom installation. Default installation is recommended:
Press Next to continue.
Review your selections on the following window:
Press Next to begin the driver installation.
Depending on the options selected, driver installation may take a few minutes to complete. When the installation is completed, the following screen will be displayed:
Press Finish to complete the installation and reboot your machine. If you do not want to reboot your machine right away, uncheck the Restart Your Computer option. Please Note: Your computer must be restarted before the Diva Server driver installation can be completed.
Eicon Driver Configuration
After rebooting your system, navigate to the Start menu→Programs→Diva Server for Windows→Diva Server Configuration Manager. This will open the following window:
You need to add a Modem Pool in order for the Black Ice Software applications to recognize the Diva Server card (the card will show up as a collection of COM ports). To do this, perform the following steps:
a. Right click on the Services line and select Insert Modem Pool
b. On the right side of the window, change the number of modems to your desired number (24 recommended for T1 cards)
c. Connect the Modem Pool to the adapter by right clicking on the Modem Pool and dragging the mouse down to the Adapter
Save the current configuration from the File menu→Save item. Save the file somewhere convenient, by default it is named active.cfg.
Activate the new configuration from the File Menu→Activate item. This will make the new settings the active settings for the board. This may take a few minutes, and will prompt you to reboot your system. After rebooting, your system will be ready to go.
