Before every outgoing fax dial Any characters entered into this box will be dialed before the fax number each and every time Impact Fax Broadcast sends a fax. The most common use for this feature is to dial ‘9’ to get an outside line and/or enter a dialing command such as *67
The calling card options section can be used to set up Impact Fax Broadcast to use a calling card before sending a fax.
a) dial the "Calling Card Access Number "
b) wait for the number of seconds specified in the "wait after dialing access number field" (if this field is empty Impact Fax Broadcast will not wait any seconds.
c) If the "I need to choose a menu option..." is set to yes, Impact Fax Broadcast will dial the number specified..
d) Dial the "Card Number"
e) wait the number of seconds specified in "Wait XXX seconds before dialing PIN". If this field is empty Impact Fax Broadcast will not wait before dialing the pin number
f) dial PIN number
If you must press # or some other character after entering your pin or access number, you should add the # to the end of the number. For example, if your PIN Number is 1234 and you need to dial a # after entering the pin, enter the following into the PIN Number field: 1234#
Impact Fax Broadcast will use the Calling Card information from this tab if the Use Calling Card option is checked when starting a fax broadcast.
