Error 1722 when installing Black Ice Products

I certain cases, at the end of the install process, Error code: 1722 and Error code: 2 might occur and the Black Ice product cannot be installed properly to the system.

Error 1722 can occur when the Spooler service is not running on the system. To solve the problem, please make sure that the Spooler is running.

Starting Spooler service:
The Spooler can be started by opening the Command Prompt with administrative privileges and issuing the “net start spooler” command.

In case the Spooler is started successfully the following message will be displayed:
“The Print Spooler service is starting.
The Print Spooler service was started successfully.”

In case the Spooler is already running, the following message will be displayed:
“The requested service has already been started.”

Once the Spooler service is up and running, please try to install the Black Ice Product again.
