Description: Cannot log into Citrix server with Print2RDP if RemoteScan is installed.

Solution: Uninstall RemoteScan and try to connect with RDP connection again with Print2RDP. If the connection and Print2RDP worked properly, try to reinstall RemoteScan and see if the Print2RDP is still working properly. Customers reported that in some cases the RemoteScan blocking and interfering with RDP and ICA connection, but reinstalling the software could solve the problem.
