Description:
While printing a document Document Converter Server, the product reports one of the following timeout messages and skips the input document:
Timeout interval elapsed while waiting for next page.
Timeout interval elapsed while trying to start printing.
If One gets a timeout error, the Document Converter Server will try to print the document 2 more times. The document with timeout error is put on the end of the queue to be printed.
If the document cannot be converted the document will be put into the Failed folder.
Cause of the problem:
This issue can occur especially when printing very large documents with Document Converter Server.
Solution:
Increase the StartFirstPageTimeout and PagePrintTimeout in the BiAutoPrint.ini file located in the Document Converter Server installation folder.
