Serial number not valid

my Serial number is not valid.. it says that my license is exhausted. I have more than one copy.. well that's not true.. I just want the copy I have to work. I have the software disk as well.. I have never been able to get it to work. I have uninstalled it and reloaded it as well

I had a similar problem. I wrote to them and they requested a copy of my original invoice. Upon receiving that, they took care of things for me.
