(This does not effect Print2Email Server version 8.60 or higher!)
When this error occurs, the uninstall process will be terminated. Please note down the referenced DLL file name and just press OK.
To solve this issue please
1. Copy (not move) the P2ERmvTS.dll file from the ”\Windows\System32” folder to the ”\Windows\SysWOW64” folder.
2. Once the DLL file has been copied, the Print2Email Server can be removed from ”Control Panel -> Programs and Features” as usual.
3. Having finished the uninstallation successfully, please delete the P2ERmvTS.dll file from the SysWOW64 directory.
4. Restart the machine if prompted.

This issue will also occur on Citrix Terminal Servers on the updated Microsoft operating systems.
