how can I tell the fax was sent?

Is there any "proof" a fax was sent, other than the "sent" box in the message list? This is important to me........if there is no further "proof", I will follow-up with my fax recipients a few times after sending, so that I may be comfortable the fax's are actually received.

If the fax shows up in the sent item as sent successfully then you can be sure that the recipient did received the fax just like if you would send a desktop fax and that is your receipt.

If the fax failed to transmit then you will see a fax transmission failed and reason for the failure such as busy, no answer, transmission failed, disconnect ...
